Responsible for the legal compliance of the trust and Employee Stock Ownership Plan
Ensure business practices and transactions are in line with the legal framework
Respond to complaints and investigations of alleged violations of rules, policies, and procedures through an assessment or recommended investigation process. Develop and monitor codes of conduct for handling such violations
Advising management on business-related issues and solutions
Assist in maintaining and updating policies and procedures
Advising the regulatory team on regulatory and compliance issues
Handling various company secretarial matters and overseeing external secretarial companies
Legal document filing, registration, and record-keeping
Degree holder in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance or related disciplines
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Investor Services/ Employee Share Option Scheme would be an advantage
Self-motivated, independent, organized, responsible and attentive to details
Commercial, dynamic, hardworking, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
