We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Framework and Reporting.
Coordinate and manage complex reporting requirements
Support change initiatives, identifying and developing new or improved delivery mechanisms
Independently perform assignments to achieve stated objective.
Act as escalation point for complex issues
Enforce robust risk framework governance and ensuring all stakeholders have visibility of key risks, controls, conduct initiatives, remediation activity and updates if any.
Communicate and monitor risk appetite in line with business requirements.
Continuously improving the monitoring of risks, controls, culture initiatives and behaviors.
In charge of first line of defense reporting in the RBWM Risk Management meeting, reporting on all the culture and conduct initiatives in Regional RBWM
Frequent interface with senior colleagues in Global and Country RBWM teams on issues related to monitoring, controls, conduct and remediation.
Previous experience in Risk Management within a global organization, working across cultures.
Ability to present complex issues confidently and concisely to Senior Management using simple language
Comprehensive knowledge of the external environment
Outstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills with experience of positive, challenging interactions with senior executives across multiple functions.
Risk and Control subject matter expertise.
Ability to distil complex and varied information into useful, insightful and concise recommendations.
