We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager.
Initiating and implementing new products and propositions to meet market needs
Driving innovation activities for improved client experience and efficiency, leading to growth in product revenue
Provide support to Business Development and Client Group on all product related aspects of Global Trade and Receivables Finance including input into RFPs,
Lead commercialization plans for new or enhanced products, setting and monitoring quantifiable targets and periodically reviewing them with the stakeholders
Developing and championing existing products, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of the clients
ensure that all product governance policies and processes are followed
own the regional product inventory and input to the global Strategic Product Reviews
Manage the product financials including revenues, costs, RWA and other key indicators.
Identify and implement initiatives that target improved performance of underlying revenue drivers so as to boost product financial performance.
Support the Regional Product Manager by leading discussions regarding IT investments, prioritisation, ATP and project deployment
Client facing delivery environment experience, ideally within a global financial services organisation
Experience in commercial banking and business development experience including an in depth knowledge of the Trade and Receivables Finance business
Strong credit skills and risk management knowledge, developed across a number of lending activities and products
Strong communication and influencing skills coupled with ability to design and define solutions that add value to customer relationships
Ability with identifying and resolving problems whilst maintaining budgets, time scales and quality of output in challenging environments
Knowledge of HSBCs Global Standards, Global Trade and Receivables Finance Business policies and risk framework
Strong understanding of global regulatory environment
