Rare opportunity on market risk in a well-recognised financial institution in Hong Kong.
Your new company Your new company is a well-recognised Chinese financial institution in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for a vice president to join their market risk team.
Your new role You are responsible to monitor and analyse the market risks limits to produce risk reports on a daily basis including equity, fixed income products and trading activities. Also, responsible for daily quantifying and validate the risk exposures for the trading desk of the firm. To work closely with relative departments identifying potential risk and make improvements to ensure the effectiveness of the risk measurements are optimised.
What you'll need to succeed You are likely to be the ideal candidate if you have minimum 5 years of experience in market risk management within banking and/or securities firms. Prior experience working in Chinese and/or Regional financial institutions will be highly preferable. You shall also have solid quantitative analytic skills for this role. Good written and spoken in English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must.
