Job Summary Reporting to an Officer, the Senior Associate will be responsible for ensuring team compliance with operating policies and procedures in the timely dissemination of accurate Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) and client reporting. This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to gain exposure to a number of different fund structures and the client operations responsibilities related to them.
In the role of Client Services Operations Managers you will be responsible for
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Become 'first point of contact' for assigned clients, ensuring they receive the best service possible
Responsible for oversight of valuations completed by offshore NAV Production teams
Perform and/or monitor quality and internal controls for all team deliverables
Work with internal and external clients to ensure the successful launch of new products across a range of clients and fund structures.
Identify issues and problems in service delivery and carry out necessary corrective action. Record any issues in an issues log and track progress
Maintain understanding of client SLA provisions and relevant KPIs to ensure delivery of high quality of client service
Take ownership of client-specific reporting (e.g. expense analysis, regulatory reporting)
Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and products.
Take part in ad hoc projects - new client on-boarding, migrations, mergers and conversions etc.
To be successful in this role, your experience should include:
Core Competencies & Qualifications:
Primary Degree or a Professional or Accounting qualification or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and management skills
Financial services industry experience in an operations environment
Experience in managing and developing a small group of professionals
Proven time management and organizational abilities.
