Your keyresponsibilities will include:
Supportingthe Head of Treasury Services and broader team in Sydney and Melbourne with lighttouch support for Global Corporate Bank (GCB) as required
DiaryManagement across different time zones with internal clients, coordinatingtravel arrangements, preparing itineraries ensuring policies and procedures arefollowed
Providingad hoc support to the entire team, assistance with staff on boarding, resolvingIT issues and coordinating printing
Assistingthe Marketing & Events Team with client events as well as GCB and TS end ofyear functions
Managing allaspects of expense management including processing, approvals (using Concur)and invoice payments
Periodicmanagement of the Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and testing
Other adhoc support function assistance as required
To besuccessful you will need:
A minimumof 3-5 years' experience in a similar team orientated role, preferably in afront office banking environment along with a Business/Secretarial Collegediploma or equivalent will be desirable
StrongMicrosoft Outlook, with intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint and highattention to detail with a focus on achieving error free results
Strongproblem solving, organizational skills and initiative, with the ability to workunder pressure at times
Theability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism at alltimes along with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Aflexible attitude with strong organization and time management skills and the abilityto work seamlessly within a team
Becommitted in approach and open to business changes
Techsavvy with a willingness to help resolve issues where required
