Corporate Access Analyst (12 month Fixed Term Contract), London
Responsible for the corporate client database (adding and updating contact details and research preferences)
Responsible for the Corporate Access team's email inbox – respond to requests and queries in a timely and efficient manner
Grant access to corporate contacts to Berenberg research across different platforms and portals and add to relevant research distribution lists
Cleansing and analysing corporate access meeting data and interest. Weekly & monthly statistics, email plus ad hoc reports
Assisting with any ad-hoc requests (running reports for management)
Updating presentation packs and tombstones for corporate pitches
Proficient user of Outlook and Excel as well as other standard Office programmes (Word/ PowerPoint)
Able to work both independently and as part of the whole team
Relates well to people at all levels, interacting with external clients and internal staff members with high levels of professionalism
Effective planning and project management skills to take account of multiple priorities
Manages time effectively
Works productively in a high pressure environment
Educational qualifications that demonstrate proficiency in English language and numeracy skills – degree preferred
Flexibility in outlook; willing to tackle new challenges with enthusiasm
