EC&O - EC&O has two processes; Issue Management & Reporting (IM&R) and Quality Assurance Validation (QAV). IM&R focuses on end to end issue management lifecycle of COSO/ G&O issues and associated reporting. QAV performs validation of COSO and G&O compliance issues along with end to end validation of Risk and Regulatory reports (RMII)
About the Role
The role requires understanding of internal control over financial, regulatory and risk reporting. The team member is responsible for internal financial management reporting to support the enterprise, working with business partners in conducting in-depth research of financial, operating and analyzing, interpreting and report findings. Also team member will closely work with multiple functions and strategies within Finance, Accounting, Regulatory, Risk, Operations and also will be involved in multiple strategic initiatives across the organization in parallel with all the below daily responsibilities and requirements. Domain Finance knowledge is required to lead the analysis of highly complex business problems across all business units that they will then solve and look for opportunities in automation of process solutions. Recommending business strategies or approaches and providing input to business strategic plans based on various analysis.
Responsible for internal financial management reporting to support the enterprise

Market Skills and Certifications
Bachelor's/ Post graduate in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Minimum 10 - 12 years' experience in business process and risk and control
Ability to work both independently and within team environment
3+ years of Team management experience of a team size of 5 to 7 team members
Develop on going validations, documentations and control in support of growing risk/ compliance requirements
Managing testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure production is working properly
Strong communication and presentation skills
Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power point
7 - 10 years of experience in financial controls & risk environment
Ability to successfully operate in complex environment and implement new ideas/ solutions across different teams.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationship with business partners
Ability to work in a cross functional team across multiple geographies supporting risk and regulatory compliance
Advance knowledge of PowerPoint and/or the creation of executive financial briefings
