About the Role
Our Customer Service Representatives - Home Loans, internally known as Loan Documentation Specialists, are responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties, acting as a back office support for Personal Lines and Loans line of business.
Customer Service Representatives perform Indexing, route customer information/ application to verifications team
Customer Service Representatives p rocess, review and validate loan applications
Customer Service Representatives process c losing and compliance on credit loan applications
Customer Service Representatives r eview completed credit card applications against system data
Customer Service Representatives c orrect errors to loan applications and/or system data
Customer Service Representatives o btain missing information by communicating to internal and external parties
Market Skills and Certifications
Finished/ completed 2nd year in College (without back subjects)
At least 2-3 years back office experience doing research and investigation
Experience being measured with QA & Compliance is preferred
Knowledge in loan processing (personal, auto, credit card, student) is an advantage
Must be amenable to night and shifting schedules
Must be amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
