Department Overview Technology Risk Management is an organization of approximately 600 team members that have come together from diverse backgrounds in risk management and technology management. Central Risk Service teams manage the end-to-end life cycle of the Technology Risk Services and Operational Risk Teams that directly support the EIT business units providing risk consulting and risk services to EIT.
About Role: : The primary role of this Operational Risk Consultant position will be to support the Enterprise, Core and Platform Services Risk Management team in creating a first of its kind Security Assurance Services for ECIO organization
Responsibilities: A strong background in technology or information security or operational risk management, and the ability to work across a large, complex and highly matrixed organization will be critical.
Ent Architecture / Security architecture
Configuration management using tools like CMDB and Remedy
Vulnerability management using tools like Qualys
Technology or information security risk management
Risk analytics, data visualization and building risk reporting models
Delivering large integration projects working with multiple stakeholders
Desired Skills: Detailed knowledge of access and identity management and related industry control standards Identification and evaluation of Technology risks and controls, including supporting technology processes. Control evaluation and testing including documentation of testing and reporting results. Development and/or evaluation of technology governance programs, policies, standards and procedures. . Strong leadership and influencing skills within a complex, matrix environment; able to gain support and cooperation and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members to achieve results without direct organizational control Strong communications skills both written and oral; able to broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interact with all levels of an organization Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment.
