We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Commercialization Manager .
Be a key part within an agile team focusing on innovative proposition development and commercialization for Business Banking
Drive and execute digital product commercialization activities including, but not limited to product launch planning, acquisition and growth strategy, campaign management, product pricing, sales enablement, internal engagement and leading of strategic partnership
Lead the organization or participation of proprietary or partnership events for user acquisition and engagement
Collaborate with internal or external stakeholders on campaign execution, including project teams, marketing, communications and strategic partners
Conduct iterative research, both quantitative and qualitative, to collect users and market insights for continuous optimization of campaign performance
Manage and be accountable for Key Performance Indicators target of product commercialization
Originate thought leadership, challenge conventional methods and continually drive change
Solid experience in banking, consultancy, digital product management or relevant background. Knowledge on commercial banking, customers and products will be an advantage
Experience in customer acquisition, product commercialization and pricing strategy
Good understanding of strategy and options for both digital and offline user acquisition, and able to think out of the box for growth campaigns
Analytical capability to comprehend complex data and able to convert insight into execution
Strong ability to articulate strategy and to influence both internal and external stakeholders
Business acumen to recommend solutions balancing risk, return and their trade-offs
Self-motivated to keep abreast of evolving technology trend and look for opportunity of adoption
Stakeholders management skills and ability to navigate across complex organization
Good visual presentation skill will be a plus
