The role requires partnering with JPM Integrated TeamMembers to provide market leading custody solutions that meet clients'needs. This role will work closely with the Core Operations, DepositSales, Business Management teams, our institutional Security Services businessand other functional partners to drive revenue by growing sales of the JPMorganBanking and Custody services. The position will also include involvement asowner and subject matter expert on key transformational projects. Responsibilities:
Work with Bankers, Investors, and Capital Advisors to identify, pitch and close custody transactions
Market and educate the Integrated Team Members on Custody capabilities at sales meetings, regional team meetings and product education sessions to lead sales strategy initiatives
Plan and execute strategy around the Custody business to develop product capabilities, client retention strategies, revenue growth, new business (RFPs) opportunities and overall profitability
Develop Custody pricing strategies and evaluate pricing opportunities with existing custody clients and prospects
Train, educate and work with Deposit Sales Managers on identifying and communicating product selling features and JPM competitive advantages
Understand the current marketplace and competition, and promote the JPMorgan brand, ensuring that we always exceed industry standards as a leader in the Custody solution set
Set sales strategies for the Private Bankers and integrated team to grow Custody flows and revenue
Track progress against defined metrics and set profitability indicators
Ensure business is managed in accordance with all internal requirements and external regulations
Work closely in partnership with technology and operations to set the strategic agenda for the custody product
Bachelors degree required, Masters degree or equivalent preferred
10 years experience product management and sales in Private Banking or a Wealth Advisory practice group
Knowledge of wealth management marketplace, related product areas and client base
Demonstrated sales success with a results oriented ability to aggressively drive revenue growth and increase product penetration
Strong oral and written and communication skills
Ability to analyze issues and make strategic decisions/recommendations
Well organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment
