The incumbent of this role is expected to provide administrative support for an effective investigation and monitoring process that relates to sales agents' misconducts.
Assist in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date investigation cases log to ensure the status of all investigation cases and associated disciplinary actions are tracked on a timely basis.
Support Senior Manager of Market Conduct to prepare relevant case summaries and statistics for monthly Sales Force Disciplinary Committee Working Committee meetings.
Provide assistance to input investigation case details in NAVEX, a regional-wide case management system.
Support other ad-hoc administrative works.
Undergraduate degree in Accounting/ Finance or relating discipline
Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
Good communication and analytic skills.
Attentive to details with good interpersonal skills.
Available in full-time employment from Jun/ Jul to end of August.
