We are seeking a Human Resources Data Intelligence & Reporting Analyst to join the HR team to help design and structure our data as efficiently as possible, and to develop reporting and analytics to translate those data into actionable insights.
You will take on the following responsibilities:
Work with partners in HR and Engineering to ensure efficient flow of data at all stages, from collection to transformation and storage to reporting
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and advise on optimal design decisions
Design and deliver timely, meaningful reporting and analytics to HR clients and company executives
You should possess the following qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in an HR context
Knowledge of data architecture, design, development, and QA/QC process
A bias toward automation and efficiency, with the know-how to cleanly structure data for optimal reporting effectiveness
A desire to promote self service capabilities for stakeholders
Strong data visualization skills; must be able to create clean visuals that highlight key findings to tell a compelling story
Familiarity with report development in Tableau Desktop
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel
History of prioritizing multiple competing projects with tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve potential issues
Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate discretion regarding sensitive people data
Collaborative, team-first approach. You should have a track record of partnering effectively with stakeholders across a wide variety of functions, from engineers to end consumers of data
