Business development manager.Is responsible for the development, to establish and maintain with all kinds of international/cross-border professional services (such as accounting, law firms, private and commercial Banks, and venture capital, investment and financial advisers, investment banking and investment group, business consulting services, etc.), as well as the terminal users with high net worth individuals customers business relations of cooperation, to complete the cross-border business architecture structures, including enterprise cross-border company registration and secretary services, cross-border business service outsourcing, foreign fund establishment and management, overseas family trusts, overseas listing and employee stock ownership plan before trust services, new business, as well as the existing customer cross-selling various business indicators.
Seek and identify new business opportunities
Enhance existing relationships with all parties in the industry
Maintain client information and potential business in salesforce
Understand the range and nature of all Vistra's services so that clients' needs are best satisfied
Exceed sales target
Familiarity with offshore and HK company laws and regulations
Ability to manage coordinator of a complex range of multiple jurisdictions proposals across multiple business lines
Strong network within the industry
Highly focused and self-motivated
Commercially driven mind-set and team player
Local travel necessary within the greater China region (up to once per quarter)
5+ years of experience in corporate services sector, CPA or Law firm, sales experience is preferred
