JobDescription : The Role: Group Manager, Business Analysis
The Location: Charlottesville, VA
The Team: We are seeking a Group Manager in the Business Systems Analyst organization with project management and business analysis experience and extensive leadership experience and working with the c-level suite. Someone with proven experience of developing Business Systems growth strategies and initiatives, overseeing and driving build of an integrated and comprehensive approach for the portfolio of projects. Be able to deliver best practices to monitor projects and report scope changes, prioritization of scope components, and the attainment of business value.
The Impact: You will be managing the direction of the organization through technical strategies working with the Sr. Group Manager teams. Setting direction for the Analyst team and manages staff. Managing the enterprise wide portfolio of projects with a demonstrated understanding of aligning projects with a strategic direction.

Manages the Business Analyst team and work associated with an enterprise wide portfolio of projects. Included is resourcing projects, identification and review of key BA deliverables, especially the development of project business cases and associated business value metrics.
Manages the direction of the organization through technical strategies working with the Sr Group Manager Sets direction for the Analyst team and manages staff. Manages the enterprise wide portfolio of projects with a demonstrated understanding of aligning projects with a strategic direction.
Advise business groups by providing technical direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities
Drives required cross enterprise/segment discussions to promote and align with business strategy.
What we're Looking For: Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of experience; plus years in the industry and substantial experience in managing teams
Ability to work with large, complex transactional database systems
Demonstrates comprehensive operational knowledge of the business, IT systems and implementation processes and knowledge of scripting/programming
Able to lead global, multi-cultural teams, while managing multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a consistent manner.
Leads presentations/ communications to varied audiences (including senior management across segments), with the ability to negotiate and/or build consensus with partners/support organizations.
Oversee others' application of knowledge of technical risks, workflow/business process analysis and engineering/quality processes
