As part of the Global Mobility team within the Asia Pacific (APAC) Human Resources (HR) team, the successful candidate will partner with HR colleagues to provide counselling and co-ordination of the relocation process in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, passionate and enthusiast to provide a seamless employee experience of the relocation process.
This role will report to the APAC Global Mobility team lead and will support the day to day operations of the relocation process as well as assist with ad hoc projects.
Partner with HR colleagues to provide recommendation on expatriate relocation packages and to deliver solutions to meet strategic business needs around mobility
Counselling relocating employees on all aspects of their relocation benefits
Liaise with external vendors on destination and shipment services, and address service issues as appropriate
Day to day case management of existing expatriate population including dealing with ad hoc queries
Partner with the Global Mobility Operations team to achieve operational excellence
Assist and co-ordinate projects for the APAC region
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis as necessary in support of the global mobility program
Strong analytical skills to produce quality analysis in support of the program as needed.
Strong command of Excel to quickly and accurately conduct analysis.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations.
Attention to detail and the ability to resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner.
Strong communications and PowerPoint skills necessary to create succinct presentations.
Strong relationship skills necessary to connect with HR colleagues and relocating employees.
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing projects/case load.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
Effective at building and maintaining relationships with clients at all levels.
2-4 years of work experience
Prior experience in mobility related or personal tax compliance/consulting field a plus.
