The successful candidatewill be working in Asia-Pacific Client Services based in Singapore andsupporting clients from around the region.
The functions of this teaminclude: pre-confirmation of settlements, payment release, the maintenance ofclient & business reference data, post settlement investigation and the affirmation,drafting and chasing of legally binding trade contracts .
Ensuring that all payments are settled correctly and in a timely manner.
Resolving any outstanding breaks in the Nostro accounts.
Establishing an excellent relationship with both internal and external clients.

Ensuring that any issues are escalated to the team leader within an appropriate time frame.
