Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting in the development and ongoing maturity of the Global Fiduciary Risk Management Program. Gathering and analyzing Global Fiduciary Risk Management-related reporting from various business units, systems, and sources; identifying trends, reporting, and escalating issues. Supporting the development and refinement of global fiduciary risk metrics across all applicable business units and legal entities. Assisting in updating, implementing, and dissemination of current and proposed risk policies and procedures; providing consultation and advice to partners regarding risk mitigation and compliance. Verifying that activities meet any federal, state and/or local legal and regulatory requirements and regulations, and monitoring outcomes/risk levels. Consulting with partners regarding decisions that could pose risk and conflict with existing policy and procedures; assist with assessment and advising on new and existing business on various issues that may present elements of risk. Providing advice and guidance in support of various business projects. Communicating and providing risk mitigation advice and requirements to managers and appropriate personnel. Collaborating with business units and other areas, including Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, and Audit. Remaining current on rules, regulations, and policies applicable to fiduciary risk, wealth management, and investments. Ability to interact with regulators, and internal and external auditors on regulatory topics as needed and appropriate. Working effectively as a team member, as well as independently. Knowledge/Skills: Working knowledge of risks inherent in fiduciary and wealth management businesses. Analytical and communication skills required to summarize and analyze information, and liaise with various stakeholders across the organization. Experience with risk analysis and aggregation, particularly within the fiduciary risk area, is strongly preferred. Experience with governance oversight and committee level reporting preferred. Ability to prioritize and collaborate with others within the team and across the organization. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Project management experience and skills are a plus. Ability to work independently, and within a geographically dispersed team while managing multiple complex projects. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience Required: A Bachelors Degree or 4 - 8 years of experience in the Risk Management, Compliance or Wealth Management fields in the financial services industry, with a strong preference for a fiduciary related area.
