About the Role
We are looking for an Associate to join our London office, Debt team for our Eastdil Secured Real Estate business. This candidate should be capable in analytics, writing and marketing. With guidance, they can efficiently manage the analytics and marketing group personnel. The Associate will interact on the marketing side with clients with close MD and VP supervision. They should be developing strong writing skills for use in pitches and OMs.

Market Skills and Certifications
Associates must demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, personal motivation, and distinguished written and oral communication skills. Associates are required to manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team. It is strongly preferred that your background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration with academic distinction or substantial years related experience.
Coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance and preferably previous work experience in corporate finance and/or real estate .
Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance.
Proven ability to take on significant responsibility.
Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, and team environment.
Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented.
