About The Role Role Location: 347 Kent Street, Sydney NSW Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
As the Client Delivery Manager, you will be a key member of the Product Optimisation & Delivery Team within PI (Pension & Investments) Product & Client Management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of specialists to project manage transitions, plan changes and terminations from prioritisation through to implementation
Focus on continual improvement of the underlying delivery capability and efficiency
Customer-facing project management for the end to end transition of large superannuation clients from external administrators into ANZ (including insurance takeover)
Managing the relationship with key stakeholders such as sales & relationship management, and service providers such as operations and technology for delivery of some elements of the transition service proposition
Working with the broader Product Optimisation team to drive initiatives to improve our ability to win new, profitable corporate customers, retain existing customers and improve the end to end customer experience
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in driving the delivery of projects, feasibility planning, estimation, project planning, milestone tracking, and reporting
Strong experience in stakeholder management and to maintain credibility with senior executives both internally and externally
Experience in the employer superannuation industry (specifically transitions & insurance designs/takeover)
Ability to manage a team of specialists in the delivery of change initiatives
Sound understanding of project and change management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures
Demonstrated business improvement, engagement, and analyst abilities
Ability to challenge the status quo, implement agile changes, and to energise staff to engage and support change
Competent communication, facilitation, interpersonal and team building skills
