JPMorganCommercial Banking (CB) is a market leading provider of Treasury Services (TS)products to the Corporate Client Banking, Middle Market, Government,Healthcare, Not-for-Profit, Financial Institutions Group and Real Estate markets. The CB Receivables Product team is taskedwith defining the Receivables product strategy and delivery for CB clients, andrepresents CB on Receivables initiatives across the bank - encompassingCorporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Receivables products and Consumer andCommunity Banking's Commercial Card products.
Reporting tothe CB Receivables Product Head, the Integrated Receivables Product Managerwill assist in defining and executing an integrated healthcare strategy. Responsibilities will include integrated receivablesstrategy definition and execution, feature enhancement prioritization andproject management, competitive gap analysis, sales and ROI tool management,market readiness, product pricing and training. There will be a heavy focus on cross-Line ofBusiness (LOB) partnership across multiple functional areas.
Leveragingexpert knowledge of technologies and solutions to drive an integrated receivablesapproach that marries the firm's payment products
Developingcontent that supports an integrated Receivables value proposition for deliverythrough training, marketing, communications, process & procedures andstandardized proposal content
Assistingin managing an integrated receivables product strategy that supports uniquerequirements across industries and client segments
RepresentingCB client interests as a product liaison with the InstaMed integration team to develop future stateproduct roadmaps
Creatingand managing business case ROI tools quantifying the value we can deliverthrough operational processes and working capital improvement
Segmentingthe portfolio and analyzing product usage and trends across the CB client baseto identify areas of opportunity and vulnerability
Coordinatingand prioritizing product input on CB investment process via input from Clients,Product Solutions Specialists, TMOs, and Bankers
Developingclose relationships and alignment with Product Management counterparts in CIBand Consumer and Community Banking
Partneringwith the Change Readiness team to manage the impact and readiness to CBclients, TS Sales, Bankers, Service and Implementation related to new product/enhancementlaunches, product defects/ migrations/ exits, policy changes, etc.
Collaboratingwith Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, KYC, and Finance as needed whilesupporting all compliance and risk initiatives
Leveragingan external network to ensure CB is ahead of its competitors in the Receivablesproduct space
BA/BSbusiness degree or a related discipline.
Minimum5-7 years of relevant banking experience with demonstrated experience with Healthcare. Strong preference for additional experiencetraditional treasury management payment products
Strategicthinker that combines strong analytical skills and creative problem solving -turning analysis into actionable insights and plans
Abilityto translate product vision into phased design requirements followed byexecution of a go to market product launch.
Demonstratedleadership experience with multiple cross-functional teams including Product,Operations, Service, Sales, Marketing and across management levels onsimultaneous projects
Proficiencyin building business cases and ROI models that demonstrate client financialvalue propositions.
Salesenablement experience with bringing new product capabilities to market andsupporting sales education
Segmenting,tracking and analyzing client product usage, profitability, risk profiles andpipeline development
AdvancedExcel and Access skill required; basic SQL skills preferred
Excellenttime management, is entrepreneurial and a self starter, with ability to deliverresults within condensed timeframes
