The Global Ethics Office at State Street is seeking a senior level consultant to take a leading role in providing program leadership, advice and education to State Street businesses on Ethics matters. The position provides Ethics Advisory services to business and compliance professionals at all levels. These services include consultation, training and communications on Ethics policies including personal trading, information management, anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, and political law. The position also includes providing occasional support in the review of escalated issues to advise of proper risk mitigation or determine if there has been a serious breach of ethics policy.
This position will require business relationship management skills.

This position is perfect for an experienced compliance individual with a background in one or more Ethics topics who desires to expand their career in a Global business and gain exposure to a broad range of business operations.
Provide education and guidance to business groups, business leadership teams, employees and Compliance professionals on Ethics matters
Develop programming to build effective Ethics Compliance relationships with business leadership teams
Participate in development of technology resources to assist with employee compliance
Contribute to weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on emerging trends arising from business discussions
Cultivate effective relationships with internal business partners in multiple regions to successfully achieve organizational goals
