This role requires a hardworking leader who enjoys mentoring, motivating and developing a team. Additionally you have 8-10 years' experience, preferably in a front office in Private Banking, in BRM/FLDS or within the Legal & Compliance in a large banking environment?
Previous experience and knowledge in the management of Financial Crime related risks (Anti-Money Laundering rules, transaction monitoring, etc.)
Familiarity with front office processes and risk management related requirements (such as periodic reviews of Politically Exposed Persons and Complex Client Relationships), including the cross border regulation framework.
Do you have an established record of accomplishment and held management positions in an international organization?
An affinity to innovation and automation, in order to improve processes and control activities over time?
This role would suit you, if you can prioritize, effectively plan and adapt to an environment with a high degree of change and complexity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication of complex messages to senior management.
A structured solutions oriented individual with strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a "can do attitude".
Fluency in English and good German skills are required, other languages would be an advantage.
