We Offer Job Overview This challenging role will directly report into the FC CTA Lead in Pune and functionally to Regional EMEA CTA Officer in London. The Analyst will have the responsibility of conducting KYC and AML (incl. Anti-Corruption, Anti-Fraud and Sanctions Compliance) Testing Reviews ("TRs"). Job Responsibilities
Assist CTA Lead at Pune to implement Credit Suisse's AML CTA program through testing and documentation of the effectiveness of AML controls;
Conduct in-depth Testing and Assurance Reviews of key AML functions within the EMEA region;
Analyze results of TRs in an effort to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement; along with preparing a summary into targeted Management Information (MI) reporting presentations.
You're role will also include identifying any deficiencies found during the TRs and to ensure that they documented
You Offer Qualifications and Requirements
This role requires excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills in order to execute Testing and Assurance Reviews in line with globally established standards and review methodology.
Bachelor's Degree required; (in Finance, Law or Economics), Master's Degree / Post Graduation preferred.
Strong awareness and knowledge of UK AML/ anti-corruption regulatory and legal framework;
AML Certification from recognized institution / international organization shall be preferred;
At least 4 - 6 years of experience working within a KYC , AML, Financial Crime Compliance domain ;
Previous quality assurance (QA) experience will be preferred;
You should have an experience in working within a large financial institution, exchanges or regulators or an audit firm
Dedicated and self starter;
A strong analytical skills, ability to challenge required
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
Strong desire to motivate change where standards fall below those required;
Ability and willingness to work under high priority and catering to ad-hoc requirements;
Excellent team player and flexible to work in UK time zone.
