In this role, you will service a portfolio of PropCos, LuxCos and holding companies. The environment will be fast paced and dynamic working with motivated and productive colleagues.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Manage a portfolio of real estate investments, including PropCo's, LuxCo's and Holding structures
Complete bookkeeping duties including processing invoices, accruals, payables and receivables
Complete the preparation of quarterly consolidated financial statements using Lux GAAP and IFRS
Prepare VAT returns where applicable
Prepare and finalisation of annual accounts
Preparation and review of financial and regulatory reports
Provide assistance in regards to company audits and help resolve audit enquiries
Liaison with intermediaries including banks, tax advisors, auditors, and investors
To be successful in this role you will require:
Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or similar, with a professional accounting qualification considered a plus (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
1-3 years of experience in an accounting/finance/audit/controlling position is needed
A strong understanding of property accounting will be considered a plus
Experience of Lux GAAP, IFRS and consolidation is necessary
A working knowledge of real estate accounting is expected
Fluent English is essential plus another European language
Pro-active attitude to problem solving, excellent customer service skills
