The Credit Suisse HOLT team has 2 groups that work together to service clients:
The Valuation & Analytics Group is responsible for building unique sector expertise and providing differentiated market insights to clients. In addition, the team is responsible for maintaining the HOLT model/database, model innovation, generating insights and supporting clients. The Group also develops custom solutions and investment strategies based on HOLT factors.
The HOLT Sales Group provides consulting and advisory services to the existing client base. The group also is responsible for growing the client base and improving the opportunities for revenue generation by increasing the penetration of HOLT and broadening the adoption of its products. The function offers rare access to key decision-makers on the buy-side and excellent exposure to their investment process.
Position: Credit Suisse HOLT is looking for outstanding VP/Director level team member to join their HOLT Sales team in London.
Holt sales - responsibilities and key attributes
The key responsibilities and duties of the HOLT Sales role are as follow:
Develop a sound understanding of the HOLT methodology in order to act as the first port-of-call for clients and to advise them on how to improve their investment process (e.g. increased adoption of HOLT products, portfolio reviews, extracting insights from the HOLT model to generate stock ideas for clients)
Build and maintain a client network through client meetings and bespoke projects to drive revenues
Collaborate with a wide range of teams within Credit Suisse (Equity Research, Cash Sales, Credit Suisse Private Bank, etc.) to build incremental business for the bank by providing clients with the best, most comprehensive service possible
Prior experience in corporate valuation work or equity analysis (buy/sell side) with an interest in taking on more of a client-facing role
Real passion for equity market and a deep understanding of valuation and corporate performance
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills (individual interaction as well as presentations to large groups)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
You should be ambitious, collaborative and demonstrate an ability to work in a time sensitive environment
This role will require ongoing certification under the Certification Regime
