Evidence of continuing professional development
Good working knowledge of the UK retail financial services market, including the financial adviser market
Detailed and extensive technical knowledge of one or more of the following specialist areas:
Mainstream retail investment products (including investment bonds and collectives)
Pensions savings products (including SIPPs)
Platforms and variations
Retirement income products & solutions
Highly IT literate, with good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint, and at least
intermediate knowledge of Excel
Excellent general knowledge and understanding of all mainstream retail investment
Thorough understanding of product design and distribution within Wealth
Awareness of our products and services
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good technical knowledge of any of the following specialist areas:
Protection Insurance products
Funds (including OEICs, Unit Trusts, ETFs, Investment Trusts and Insured
Highly numerate, with excellent data analysis, manipulation and interpretation skills
Excellent research skills
Good analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to learn new software applications quickly and to develop an expert knowledge of internal and customer-facing applications
Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
Good organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise own work to meet deadlines
Good writing skills,
Good presentation skills
Good relationship building, networking and influencing skills
