Macquarie Asset Management - Infrastructure & Real Assets (MIRA) are looking for Interns to join us in Paris; our opportunities commence in January 2020.

MIRA is part of Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) - the asset management arm of Macquarie Group. We are looking for motivated s tudents in their final year or gap year of a top business or engineering school (or equivalent), with a major in Finance . A first experience as an intern in corporate finance advisory, M&A, private equity, transaction services , leveraged finance or audit, is a plus.
Excellent language skills in both French and English are required.
About the role
By joining the the MIRA France you'll become an integral member of the team from day one. You'll be sitting side-by-side with business leaders, learning on the job, making a difference and working on live projects and transactions.
You will support and assist the French team in analysing potential investments opportunities (valuation, business pla n ning, market analysis, due diligence support), as well as originating new potential transactions (information research, targets identification, etc.), in particular covering the energy and infrastructure sector s. You will also have the opportunity assist the team in the execution of live M&A transactions (acquisition and / or divestments of assets ).
