Ensure accurate and timely execution of contextual marketing campaigns as well as joyful banking communications to DBS customer base.
Review and improve operational processes within the team for better efficiency and productivity while balancing these with risks/controls and service quality
Participate in the Business requirements to enhance the current campaign engine and integrate to different downstream and fulfilment systems
Work with CBG Product team to drive customer journey improvements based on data insights
Manage the volume and complexity of campaign execution to various customer segments across different channels, be it batch or event-triggered
Improve on the existing process and the usage of the campaign tools.
Track the timeliness and accuracy of the campaign execution
Trouble shoot and investigate customer issues related to campaign deliveries
Liaise with external and internal parties to identify process improvement opportunities within campaign execution
Provide consultation on campaign system functionalities and feasibility
Manage the team resource and capacity
Participate & lead team activities within unit and department
Degree holder with at least 6 years overall experience
At least 4 years of experience in banking and/or campaign execution
Advanced skills in MS office products
Extensive experience in campaign management tools such as UNICA campaign, Detect and Interact etc
Extensive experience in SAS Programming, Enterprise Guide, and SQL
Previous experience in leading high-performance teams
A good team player who is able to work well with product specialist, systems specialist, technical teams and external vendors
Able to present in an articulate manner to senior management
Ability to analyze large quantities of data generated from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity
Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive
Good interpersonal and communication skill
