Department Overview Branch Control Review team performs a consistent and independent review for all the Wells Fargo branches across locations to ensure strong controls of the branch as per Wells Fargo Policies, procedures and government regulations. BCR conducts review and assigns rating for the branch based on the observations found per branch to ensure sound operating controls.
Responsible for evaluating, monitoring, assessing and/or reviewing programs, processes, claims, documentat6ion and/or files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or agency or government regulations
Ensures corrective action on exceptions and problems identified, required data is input and proper procedures were followed
Ensures identified risks and/or problems are clearly documented and interacts with appropriate parties for timely resolution
Know the business and effectively manage your team to maximize long-term shareholder value
Acts as mentor to lower level team members and may assist with their development
Provides support for management activities and any other initiatives as needed
Leads team that have minimal impact on the business
Provides basic direction on achievement of day to day activities
Delegates tasks appropriately to the relevant team member
Looks towards achievement of set activities for the team

University Any Degree (10+2+3) from reputed college/university with >60% or equivalent and having excellent academic track record
Experience of more than 6+ years in Process Risk / Controls and min. of 2 yrs in team and process management
Strong analytical skills.
Fluency in English Oral, Written and Verbal
Knowledge in Branch Operations would be an added advantage
Market Skills and Certifications
Person should have minimum of 12+3 years of education qualification either UG or PG in any specialization.
