The role will also develop and implement procedures, plan and manage processes to support business goals, resolve escalated issues, Identify and escalate opportunities including risks for review. Responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the daily operations of reporting & analytics team for Enterprise Finance Control Organization. Creates policies and procedures to ensure the unit's products and services meet all applicable policies and regulations.
About the Role
You will work as part of the Analytics & Reporting team to support reporting requirements of Enterprise Finance Control Organization. You will interact closely with multiple business partners
Track and analyze data that will be used by the Enterprise Finance Control Organization
Monitor and manage data sources and conduct data study for accuracy
Develop and implement an effective change management process for any changes in the standard operating environment.
Incumbent will be involved in identifying the risks associated with the change, conducting risk assessment and putting in place a risk mitigation plan working with the stakeholders
Oversee the data integrity of all risk management reports as well as the availability of data services.
Work new projects and maintain information systems
Generate data visualization using MS PowerPoint, Tableau & Power BI.
Engage appropriate stakeholders in the decision-making process for requirements
Proactively and continuously, promote engagement of all team members to integrate the risk programs into daily activities and operations.
Market Skills and Certifications
Must be a graduate of any college program, preferably in Business, Mathematics, Statistics or any related program
12+ years of overall experience in Financial Services Risk and Compliance management
6 to 8 years of experience in data analytics and data visualization, customer insight or data management preferably in the BPO or shared services environment
3+ years of management experience
Has a proven track record implementing solutions or problem solving
Demonstrated success in building and managing a team
Identifies issues/ shortcomings in the procedure/workflow
Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and provides constructive feedback
Utilizes subject matter expertise in resolving process related queries
Candidates must be adept in using MS Excel, and data visualization like Tableau
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and achieve results
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including senior leadership/management
Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills
Core reporting and analysis experience
Knowledge and understanding of the business/industry
Candidates must be open in working shifts & rotating schedules depending on the business need
Risk Management Certifications
Working knowledge of other MS Office tools like Access, SharePoint etc
