Work you'll do:
Guides clients through strategic finance and accounting solutions to maximize business value
Helps client realize competitive advantage through strategic payroll transformations
Defines and drives the client's desired technology strategy and leads the client through end-to-end implementation
Guides teams through the design and implementation of payroll solutions that increase compliance and optimize organizational efficiency
Provides subject matter expertise in current legislation, proposed/pending legislation, their implications, and understands interaction across the Global Tax and Legal function, specifically with their area of expertise
Enables fact-based decision making by using appropriate research techniques and analytical skills
Acts as advanced Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client
Demonstrates knowledge of service line or market specific technology solutions and stays current on emerging technologies, standards and applications, in order to address current / potential business opportunities and client issues
Completes processes to help clients mitigate risk, meet compliance obligations and statutory deadlines, and realize business goals

Bachelor's degree or above major in taxation or Human Resource
A qualification certificate is preferred, including but not limited to CICPA or CTA
Good understanding of PRC tax laws/rules and payroll regulations, be able to identify clients' technical issues, and provide workable solutions
Strong business writing skills in both English and Chinese as well as fluent spoken English language
Experienced in using ERP system like Oracle or PeopleSoft, or other payroll software
Good communication skills and can maintain positive working relationships with appropriate client personnel on all engagements
Actively involve in new or challenging projects, can be a team player and help maintain gook working environment with the team
Outstanding ability of effectively managing multiple engagements independently and under time pressure
