We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Client Implementation Manager, Regional.
Act as owner of Global Documentation negotiation cases, responsible for driving and overseeing the regional end to end negotiation process and support network, including engagement with key stakeholders for example, Legal, Customer Groups governance board members and Compliance at Group, Regional and Local level.
Lead, oversee and drive new strategies to continually revise and improve client negotiation experience.
Differentiate HSBC from its competitors by delivering a swift robust negotiation model for HSBC Global Documentation, covering account, eChannels, legal and Global Disbursements across 19 jurisdictions in the region. This will expand to other business groups and products.
Lead and drive the creation of responses to customer requests for clause explanations and negotiations to Global Documentation, to drive negotiations to a speedy conclusion to enhance the client onboarding experience.
Understand client's business process and requirements to formulate sound implementation transition plan to accelerate revenue growth.
Manage the implementation of cash management solutions project, and provide consultancy advice to clients by assisting to streamline the process
Orchestrate internal departments and work with implementation teams in different countries to ensure products and services are delivered in a consistent and coordinated manner
University graduate with a relevant business degree; graduate with a law degree would be a plus
Ability to operate on a cross regional and cross functional basis and work with different departments globally
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Solid negotiation skills and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate on a cross-regional and cross functional basis and coordinate with different departments globally
Highly motivated self-starter, achievement driven, and a strong team-player
Well developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Fluency in both written and verbal English with additional proficiency in Chinese an advantage
