Market Job Description
Prepare and process APAC payments to vendors and employees in the APAC region
Responsibilities include accounts payable, expense allocations and out-of-pocket reimbursements
Liaise with Corporate Accounts Payable group in the U.S. on day to day operations and special projects
Manage inventory of bank accounts and associated access controls
Manage internal & external audits and review of control procedures
Provide guidance to the local stakeholders on Accounts Payable requirements and workflow of full payable cycle per Corporate Policy
Collaborate with local branch/entity Finance Manager and APAC Payroll team on vendor expense requirements, expense budgeting, and cash funding requirements
Ensure updated documentation exists for all workflow processes in compliance with corporate policy and procedures
Support ad-hoc Finance and cross-functional projects/initiatives as opportunities arise
Market Skills and Certifications
Undergraduate in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years work experience in bank operations, finance, audit
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand workflow, pay attention to details, take initiative to broaden his/her knowledge and demonstrate appropriate financial/analytical skills
Proven ability to organize and prioritize own workload and drive results
Self-starting individual with high level of ownership
Flexibility and ability to learn quickly
Give evidence of being a strong team member, collaborate with others and develop working relationship with other teams in the company
Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner and share information/new ideas with other team members
