Market Job Description
To assist in Operations Risk, Compliance and Audit related liaison and initiatives
To be able to handle independently risk incident documentation/escalation and related enquiries across Asia and International groups
To perform trend and performance analysis and produce management reports for various forums
To provide support to Regulatory/Compliance/Governance/Control-related initiatives as required
To manage quality assurance program across Asia Operations with an extension to the offshore teams
To support ad-hoc and regular regulatory activities and initiatives as required in the region
Market Skills and Certifications
University degree holder with a minimum 5 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, preferably in Operations or Operational Risk functions
Possessed a basic understanding of operational risk and control in an operation of major scale
Experienced in development and production of various risk metrics and KRIs
Experienced in management reporting for senior management
Ability to lead and influence without authority
Strong communications and analytical skills with a detailed mindset
Ability to work with team members from various functional and cultural backgrounds
