Asset Services are looking for highly motivated Asset Managers to join our team. The successful candidates will have responsibility for managing the legal enforcement process for Principal Dwelling Houses ("PDH's") for clients in default of their mortgage.
Working knowledge of the legal framework in a recovery workout environment, the Court Process and regulatory guidelines (particularly CCMA / MARP).
Competent at following Processes & Procedures and ability to adopt a particular approach to work.
Perform all tasks in compliance with policies, procedures, Central Bank Codes and regulations.
Ability to understand and deliver key Service Level Agreements.
Accurately track Court Dates / Outcomes (e.g. Order for Possessions, adjournments, strike outs etc).
Capable of reviewing multi systems and accurately drafting Court Documents for onward submission to Panel Firm Solicitors / Agents for presentation in Court.
Provide accurate instructions and information to Panel Firm Solicitors at each stage of the enforcement process to ensure that Panel Firm Solicitors are in a position to lodge all necessary documents with the Court Office in a timely manner.
Provision of professional and timely responses to correspondence received from the Client and Panel Firm Solicitors.
Instruct Panel Firm Solicitors to issue key documents, proactively manage the receipt of such documents (in line with agreed SLAs) and log dates of receipt in Asset Services Systems.
Participation in divisional, company and regulatory training on an ongoing basis and remain current with changes in the industry.
Significant experience working in a lending and / or restructuring area of a financial services organisation.
QFA and or APA is a requirement in line with the Central Bank's Minimum Competency Code.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Excel.
Third level qualification in Accountancy / Finance or a business related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position.
