Our Client, a global investment bank, is seeking a Regulatory Reporting BA / PM for its downtown Manhattan location.
Generate dashboard reporting, tracking status of training and dual ops by role
Escalate/ resolve transition issues
Coordinate training between receiving and sending locations
Work with SMEs to document deployed roles based on new role packaging
Document the current and future front to back processes for deployed roles and ensure interaction model is efficient given the dynamic nature of the role, it is imperative that this individual have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with our key clients.
Additionally, interaction with global colleagues in Europe and Asia will be important to succeeding in this role.
Finally, while project management experience is not a requirement, the candidate should be well organized and be able to independently prioritize and deliver on numerous ad hoc initiatives.
10+ years of relevant experiences as a BA or PM working on projects for the Finance department of an investment bank / financial services company.
Finance/Accounting/Regulatory Experience - A good understanding of the finance function and processes of a financial service organization, examples: General Ledger, accounting/finance processes, US GAAP/IFRS, regulatory reporting.
Federal Reserve reporting experience is a plus.
Broad understanding of various regulatory reports such as 10Q/K, FR Y-9C, CCAR, etc.
Strong data analysis and problem solving skills are required to perform data quality gap analysis, root cause issue analysis, and data reconciliations.
Ability to manage multiple cross-functional deliverable.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent soft skills with experience working across groups Systems:
MS Office skills
Exposure to Reporting tools is a plus
Experience with Testing & Quality Management systems is a plus
