Bachelor degree or above; major in administration, human resources, etc. is preferred.
Require familiarity with human resources management and administration related knowledge.
More than one year experience in human resource in financial enterprises, familiar with all aspects of personnel administration in enterprises.
Has a strong corporate identity, a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, good organizational coordination and communication skills, strong execution.
