The Hong Kong Institutional and Pension team is now looking for aSales Support Associate (or below).
In this position, you will perform a broad range ofadministrative functions that require confidentiality, diligence andself-motivation. You would need to possess excellent organizationalskills and the abilities to prioritize effectively and multi-taskefficiently. You will not only observe established procedures, processesand guidelines when performing assigned tasks, but also exercise good judgmentand appropriate discretion to produce timely, high quality results that are inline with the team's objectives and best interests.
Prepare regular and ad-hocreports for clients according to schedules
Produce presentation materialsfor both internal and external use
Compile internal reports forsenior management
Handle requests and respond toenquiries from clients/business partners
Support Client Advisorsproactively in all aspects of sales efforts and relationship management
Conduct research on industry andcompetitors with guidance from senior colleagues
Liaise with relevant internal andexternal business partners on system/workflow enhancement, compliance- andregulatory-required policies and projects
Coordinate and assist with eventsplanning
Review and identify ways tostreamline sales and operation processes on an on-going basis
University Degree with minimum 2years of relevant finance experience
Self-starter who is adaptive,fast-learning, responsive, reliable, extremely well-organized, detail-orientedand committed to accuracy
Strong communication skills
Exceptional aptitude forfollowing up and following through on assigned tasks
Proficient in MS Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Functional with the internet/intranetand proprietary software
Fluency in verbal English andCantonese, as well as written English and Chinese
