Key Responsibilities: The key objective of the Credit Risk Management Services Team is to provide credit data management, policy advisory services and control related functions that facilitate and enhance the credit approval process. CRMS in Poland CSC provides credit risk associates' services to range of countries mostly in EMEA and U.S, performs intraday limit monitoring function as well as global reporting of credit risk data.
This position is in CRMS Global Reporting Team supporting financial institutions (FIRM) and Reporting Specialist will be primarily responsible for:
Timely preparation of reoccurring reports run for portfolio, monitoring and data quality purposes.
Preparation of ad hoc reports for internal and external recipients in line with their specifications.
Participation is user tests for credit and reporting systems used by the team.
Close cooperation with Risk System Support and Technology in delivering best reporting solutions for our business partners.
Preparation of tools facilitating reporting process and team cooperation.
Participation in global projects related to risk reporting, data flows, and internal credit systems.
Manage processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness. Maintain, as required, up-to-date process manuals, and ensure that documented processes are adhered to.
Handle complex reports requests easily.
Manage and support a substantial and complex industry or business to deliver reports.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, MS Access)
Advanced knowledge of SQL, VBA (any other programming language would be an advantage)
Good organizational, time management (prioritization of tasks).
Strong customer focus
Proactive, problem-solving approach to responsibilities
Proactive involvement in business process enhancement
Excellent communication skills (written, oral).
