Responsible for the day-to-day activities related to developing and structuring the Bank's Structured Product business in the United States, Canada, and Latin American markets. Develop tailor-made solutions to address Clients' investment and financing needs, considering Bank's internal and external constraints (accounting, regulation, operations, etc.). Review and negotiate with Clients various transaction documents describing the financial characteristics of the Bank's structured product offerings. Define streamlined operational framework with internal and external partners to accommodate new product offerings. Adapt the Bank's global tools and implement other automated solutions to address local specificities in terms of product offerings and operational processes. Promote the Bank's structured product offerings with Clients as well as with the sales teams. Oversee market watch. Execute the Bank's Structured Product offerings by participating in market survey, legal and regulatory studies, internal risk and compliance review and by overseeing the operational processes from the product launch to closing/settlement, as well as the product life-cycle event management. Use strong communication skills (verbal and written) to work directly with headquarters in Paris and other regions to ensure that AMER regulatory requirements are timely addressed and followed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree or U.S. equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field, plus 3 years of professional experience working at a global financial institution as a Financial Engineer within Cross Asset Solutions. Must also have the following: any professional experience structuring complex investment products (including Structured Products issuances); any professional experience evaluating and negotiating transaction documents relating to various asset classes (including Equity, Commodities, Fixed Income, FX and Multi-Asset); any professional experience analyzing new structured product to determine its impact from legal, regulatory, operational perspectives; any professional experience executing structured products, including interactions with external stakeholders (including clearings, and legal and tax counsels); any professional experience using Excel and VBA; any professional experience working with trading, pricing, accounting, tax and legal departments.
