We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager and Actuary .
Plan and coordinate the User Acceptance Testing for the deterministic and stochastic cash flow models for Hong Kong and Hang Seng
Plan and coordinate the Transition calculations for Hong Kong
Manage the team of four analysts and provide technical guidance
Ensure that the cash flow model and testing fits within the end to end process
Communicate and explain the reports, UAT and Transition towards the Chief Actuary Office for HSBC Life and Hang Seng Insurance Company and wider stakeholders
Point of contact for other entities on IFRS 17 subject matter expertise
Experience in financial reporting or economic capital processes
Team player and excellent interpersonal skills
Good communication skills.
Demonstrated initiative, autonomy and commitment to process improvements.
Demonstrated ability to think conceptually balanced with practical day to day execution.
