You will have a role supporting the quality and risk management team ("QRM"), which is responsible for managing the quality and risk across the National Restructuring Services department ("RS").
Our RS team is a group of over 300 professionals who provide restructuring services to corporate organisations, investors and banks. Widely recognised as one of the most experienced, dedicated restructuring services team in EMEA, we support restructurings across all industry sectors through advisory and insolvency appointments. We have worked on some of the largest, most complex and high profile restructurings and insolvency appointments in the UK and Internationally.

Our team of highly skilled business professionals with cross-border implementation experience is looking for candidates motivated to ensure we continue to maintain and improve quality on our client engagements.
Your role We require a Senior Associate Administrator as a member of the QRM team in RS to support the senior QRM team on a broad range of work streams and project delivery. This would include supporting on systems testing and development, preparation of data and documentation for recurring work streams such as monthly insolvency statistics, six monthly insolvency practitioner reviews, and providing support on specific QRM projects as required. The role will include system testing, administration of standard templates and documents and administering the setup of new users.
The role is varied and can cover some or all of the following:
Support to RS IT specialist in updates for Insolvency Practitioner System (IPS), including diary updates, and other updates.
Support to RS IT specialist undertaking RS systems testing as required.
Preparation of data and updates for insolvency monthly statistics.
Preparation of information for templates for six monthly insolvency practitioner reviews.
Preparation of information, documentation, and co-ordination with RS teams and lawyers, regarding partner retirements.
Administer the RS Practice Manual.
Assist on ad hoc projects which will include systems and process improvements.
Support RS QRM team on other business critical QRM projects and training.

Restructuring, particularly insolvency, experience is desirable but not essential
