As directed by Change Lead, you will perform change impact analysis of proposed release delivery scope to ensure change interventions being recommended for delivery into impacted business areas are effective change management solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Contribute to the development of change materials for project communications and engagement. Support Change Managers with communication development, training materials preparation, and assist with training logistics support as needed
Assist with tracking actions raised by stakeholders and program and following up as required
Assist with post implementation activities such as collating training results and warranty support
Ensure that version control is applied to program documents/artefacts and ensure they are appropriately stored for audit purposes
Ensure stakeholders are ready, willing and able to receive and embed the change - identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change as they arise, including challenging and influencing project team members and stakeholders as required to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits.

What do I need?
Key to your success is your track record of strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability in managing diverse and multiple stakeholder groups.
Sound presentation skills to high quality and speed: PowerPoint critical and other tools advantageous
Capacity to deliver multiple outcomes in very tight timeframes and pressured environment
Experience in developing documentation and delivering against project/change management methodologies
Works effectively with project team members (Bas/Project Managers etc)
Financial Services experience
Strong stakeholder management experience and working with senior stakeholders
Highly developed analytical skills
Builds effective relationships and assimilates information quickly
Self-Leader - manages to high quality and time
Driven to deliver - proven ability to deliver the best possible results for the organisation;
and shows determination, resourcefulness and a sense of purpose in achieving this
Team player one team mentality
Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt and adjust to fast changing project environment, scope and delivery
