We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Regional Head of Supplier Onboarding .
Responsible for ensuring that suppliers understand the benefits and take up the facility with the bank. If required, be able to provide detailed working capital analysis of suppliers to ensure that the benefits of the programme are understood by the suppliers
Be accountable for and lead a team of in country Supplier Onboarding Managers for domestic and cross border transactions
Conduct regular reviews with direct reports to ensure projects or actions are on track and that deadlines are met. Prepare or coordinate presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Regular liaison with internal stakeholders including Regional or In country Head of Sales, Coverage teams and Global and Regional Head of Solution Implementation to analysis Supplier Onboarding strategies and utilisation.
Support clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders with appropriate materials
Provide full operational analysis, data analysis, presentation and general support to Management, as required.
Create reports and on-boarding plans as required and provide analysis of data for, but not exclusive to Supplier Onboarding
Manage and control project actions. Manage operational tasks as required.
Ad hoc duties as required by the team or business.
Direct line management experience of a sales and client facing role
Experience of working in a relevant busy and challenging environment
Marketing sales experience, especially in the Business Banking segments
Relevant experience driving customer excellence
Multi-tasking and completer or finisher.
Excellent planning and organisational skills with experience of working under pressure
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload effectively
Experience of GTRF system and experience of working in the Trade and RF industry or business.
Experience in or working with client experience, communications and Project management would be beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and presentation preparation.
Degree or higher education
Very strong understanding of bank and departmental procedures, functions and activities
Experience of having worked in a Trade environment
Good computer and Information Technology skills, including all Microsoft packages
Experience or understanding of cash management systems
Multi lingual. Mandarin or Cantonese will be a distinct advantage.
