CTS Digital Channels is responsible for the IT strategy and associated roadmap, delivery, and operational stability for Digital Technologies for all line of business platforms, North American content management, and application architecture.

Accountable executive for IT strategy and associated roadmap, project delivery, operational stability and scalability, financial diligence.
Define vision, strategy and priorities for TD Wealth (Channels) Technology in alignment with:
TD Wealth business strategy;
Enterprise Technology objectives (e.g., DASH)
Drive consistency, standardization, rationalization and modernization.
Provide thought leadership and innovation with regards to technology and associated impact on TD Wealth, leveraging enterprise teams, Channels Architecture and industry trends.
Develop and nurture IT talent for Channels TS and the Enterprise TS, including actionable succession plans and a strong bench.
Consistently deliver on productivity and service targets.
Proactively manage risk and compliance for TD Wealth (Channels) Technology .
Support Omni-Channel Technology leader in defining omni-channel technical strategy for TD Wealth.
Ensure system availability for TD Wealth systems leveraging Level 2 support and Technology Shared Services.
Shape the TD Wealth Channels Technology strategy with the Wealth business, Canadian Banking & Wealth Management Technology Solutions (CB&W TS) and Shared Services leaders.
Drive consistency and reduce cost of developing and maintaining IT assets while improving overall delivery capability.
Ensure execution of Enterprise action plans for Employee Engagement and Communications.
Meet regulatory and risk expectations in partnership with Risk, COLA and Regulatory organizations.

Bachelor's degree required in mathematics / computer science, statistics or business. MBA preferred.
Prior experience in strategy development and strategy execution.
Experience reporting to and communicating with executive stakeholders (e.g., VP, SVP, EVP level).
Notable professional experience in leading transformational change.
Knowledge and Subject-Matter Expertise:
Knowledge of developing and delivering IT strategy, supporting roadmap, and investment plans.
