The Role Responsibilities
Financial Risk Management
Work with CABM MT members, key stakeholders in their teams and Finance to create budgets & forecasts, to track progress against these and to identify & analyze key trends
Partner with Finance to ensure CABM MT have appropriate sets of cost centres and receive suitable financial reports to manage their teams' costs
Work with the CABM PMO and Finance partners to oversee the extended CABM cost base, i.e. including investment and Retail Marketing funds
Track progress against the budgeted people plans, reviewing replacements and new positions vs. the CABM people tracker
Operational Effectiveness and Efficiency
Manage the CABM Scorecard: work with metric owners to track progress vs. targets and to signal early where we may fall short in order to prompt remediation
Champion various operational initiatives including migration of activities to GBS
Premises: Collaborate with regions to optimise real estate occupation rates across the footprint
Work with the COO on key strategic initatives, e.g. impacting key third party relationships, organisational change and business efficiency
Develop longer term technology plan in collaboration with ITO
Create strategy updates for senior managementc
Our Ideal Candidate
MBA with 4 to 6 years of business experience
Organized, flexible and with a common-sense attitude
Strong analytical and project management skills
Ability to work with minimal oversight
Eye for process and data quality improvements/ simplifications
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Confident and professional person who comfortable navigates interactions at senior levels
Very good written & verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong people management and networking skills, good at building relationships
Experience working within the financial industry and/ or Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing is preferable.
