The Leverage Lending group credit team is tasked with managing the Leverage Lending portfolio for the Leveraged Debt Capital Markets division. You will be responsible for ownership and monitoring all Leverage Lending related borrowing relationships. Additional tasks include credit assessment of new transactions, annual reviews, assignment of counterparty ratings, implementing counterparty credit limits, maintaining data integrity for all names and transactions in credit systems, and ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.

What You'll Do
Setting up new borrowers and associated limits in the credit systems
Monitor counterparty and financial/market developments in cooperation with the front office
Maintain data integrity of clients/facility data in the credit systems
Interact with internal business unit personnel to prepare credit reports and due diligence documentation consistent with leveraged lending policies and applicable regulations
Assist in interactions with internal / external auditors and regulatory authorities and other Deutsche Bank infrastructure teams (Finance, Regulatory, Risk Analytics, etc.)
Skills You'll Need
A degree in accounting, finance or economics from an accredited college or university
Strong accounting and credit risk analysis skills including financial modelling and forecasting
Credit analysis experience of commercial and industrial lending, ideally with background on leveraged loans
Understanding of market and regulatory standards with an ability to assess credit structures and documentation and suggest appropriate change. Experience with Shared National Credit is a plus
