Legal Interns (m/f) for our Legal Department in Frankfurt
Relevant business areas include: - Corporate & Investment Banking - Syndicated Lending - Trade, Export & Supply Chain Finance
Starting Date would be as soon as possible for a period of six months (at first)
You will join an award-winning team with substantial exposure to banking units across all continents and you will work on high-profile projects across our multinational client base. You will report directly to the Head of Legal Corporate & Investment Banking for our German, Austrian and Swiss clients. Your main responsibility will be to assist our legal department in assessing and managing legal aspects of cross border transactions. You will interact with experienced legal and business staff and get first-hand insights into our operations. In addition, you will assist with preparing external presentations and lectures.
Strong academic track record in law / commercial experience and understanding appreciated / international applicants are welcome
High level of integrity, intelligence, initiative, loyalty and motivation to learn, work and grow in a multicultural team dealing with the global operations of many significant corporate clients
Relevant work experience at banks, international law firms and/or corporates welcome
Fluency in English a must; good knowledge of Spanish and German would be appreciated
